Dear Customer,

We have received the following information from Customs Authorities concerning a scheduled maintenance. Please consult our Knowledge Base article on How to Use the Business Continuity Procedure (BCP), if applicable.

HMRC has scheduled maintenance on the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) on Monday 1 June 2026.

What is affected?
All NCTS services — GB and XI, Arrivals and Departures — will be unavailable between 07:00 and 09:00 BST (08:00–10:00 CET).

What do you need to do?
HMRC have requested that no NCTS declarations are submitted between 07:00 and 09:00 BST (08:00–10:00 CET). Any declarations submitted during this window will not go through and will need to be resubmitted once the service is restored.

Please plan your submissions accordingly. Normal service is expected to resume from 09:00 BST (10:00 CET).
