Dear Customer,

We have received notification that Delta G / C is experiencing an outage. CAS has submitted your declaration, but Customs is unable to process it at the moment. You may continue your goods flow by enabling Emergency procedure declarations, Queue declarations, or both in CAS. Step-by-step information can be found in our Knowledge Base.

Malfunctions have been noted on the Community and National Customs Tariff (RITA) on 21/11/2025 since 07:50.

There was a malfunction in the progress of the integration of the TFR 25233, the CUSTOMS TARIFF data were not updated this morning at the level of the Rita-Encyclopedia teleservice and the RITA-S Web Services as well as for the DELTAs and also for the Record teleservice.

The Pricing is also not up to date in Training Environment and Pre-Production.
