Dear Customer

We have received notification that DELTA T is experiencing difficulties again, following a new incident reported by French Customs this morning. CAS has submitted your declaration, but Customs may be unable to process it at the moment.

The French Customs backup procedure (procédure de secours) is authorised from 08:00 (CEST) on 02/10/2026. Please apply the instructions set out in the relevant backup procedure guidance.

If your flows concern goods to or from the UK traced in the SI BREXIT (frontière intelligente), please refer to the Brexit-specific backup procedure instead.

French Customs expect to publish a further update at 16:00 (CEST) on 02/10/2026. We will update this page as soon as we have more information. In the event of an earlier recovery, we will also keep you informed.
