We have received the following information from Customs Authorities concerning a scheduled maintenance.

If you require assistance, please contact our Customer Support team via the ticket portal.

The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is unavailable from Thursday 04-06-2026 12:00.Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance the messages will still be processed and possible return messages will follow.You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure.
