Since this morning, a technical incident has affected DELTA IE and led to the rejection of certain declarations containing national codes that are no longer recognised by the application.
Several codes from list codes (CLFR) are no longer recognized, leading to blockages when filing certain customs declarations.
The investigations identified a technical anomaly impacting the reference data used by DELTA IE. The technical teams are fully mobilized in order to restore the service as soon as possible.
Pending the fix, fallback is allowed for statements that are rejected on this ground.
A message will inform you of the end of these malfunctions. In the event that these malfunctions persist, you will be sent an information message concerning the progress of the work of the technical teams.
