We have received the following information from Customs Authorities concerning a scheduled maintenance. Please consult our Knowledge Base article on How to Use the Business Continuity Procedure (BCP).

"We would like to inform you that a technical operation affecting the online service Customs Declaration – Traditional Freight (DELTA G) is scheduled for 15 October 2025, from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the production environment.

For declarations under regimes 42/63, if DELTA G blocks the process during VAT identification control, you should enter the code F4000 in the customs declaration."
