Dear Customer
We have received the following information from Customs Authorities concerning a scheduled maintenance. Please consult our Knowledge Base article on How to Use the Business Continuity Procedure (BCP).

"Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 08-08-2026 08:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 08-08-2026 12:00. As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable: Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance the messages will processed as per normal."
