We have received notification that DELTA G - DTI / DTI+ / EDI mode is experiencing malfunctions. CAS has submitted your declaration, but Customs is unable to process it at the moment. You may continue your goods flow by enabling Emergency procedure declarations, Queue declarations, or both in CAS. Step-by-step information can be found in our Knowledge Base.
If you have further questions, please contact French Customs authorities directly.
Malfunctions have been noted on the Customs Declaration - Traditional Freight (DELTA G)
Details of the malfunctions encountered: For technical reasons under investigation, in some cases, the advance export notice message issued following the BAE given in DELTA G/XE export, by the French customs offices does not reach the customs offices of exit located in other Member States. This situation has the effect of blocking goods at the relevant exit points of the European Union.
In order to remove the blockage, pending the technical resolution of the difficulty which should occur a priori on Wednesday 12/11/2025, operators are asked to transmit to the customs authorities of the ports of exit concerned, the advance export notices (EAD) or any alternative proof relating to these export declarations, in order to prove to them that the goods have indeed been released by the French customs. This workaround was submitted to DG Taxud, which validated the principle and informed the customs authorities of all Member States. The exit tax certification will be processed a posteriori via a specific treatment.
ECS/BS export fallback (case 1 EDI or DTI mode) is allowed.
