The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is limited from Monday 05-10-2026 08:34.
There is currently an outage in CERTEX, which is preventing messages from being delivered. If you do not receive a response to your submitted DMS/CERTEX import declaration, you may initiate the partial contingency procedure for DMS. Please consult the DMS import contingency procedure for the applicable conditions and document codes.
