A disruption is affecting AES. The emergency backup procedure (PLDA + AES) is now active for urgent export declarations.

Important

A 3-hour waiting period applies after invoking the emergency procedure. During this window, the CRC may return a list of shipments selected for inspection that must be presented to customs. If goods can no longer be presented, this is recorded as a declaration-obligation infraction — the grace period does not apply to these violations.
Hold all declarations in buffer and re-enter them into IDMS/AES once service is restored (Code 1NPS).
