Dear Customer
We have received the following information from Belgian Customs IDMS-H7 Authorities concerning a maintenance.
The Belgian customs authority (FOD Financiën / SPF Finances) will perform a scheduled update to the IDMS-H7 service (low-value / H7 import declarations). During this window, H7 submissions may be unavailable or delayed.
From 02-10-2026 21:00 to 03-10-2026 13:00 CEST.
For urgent H7 shipments, the authority's emergency/alternative procedure may be used, quoting IDMS call number N05087. Other declaration types (H1 etc.) are not affected.
We will update this notice once the authority confirms the service is restored.
