We have received the following information from Customs Authorities concerning a scheduled maintenance.

If you require assistance, please contact our Customer Support team via the ticket portal.

"Dear CCS-UK User,

HMRC has advised that there will be a planned system upgrade on Wednesday 7th October 2026 from 12:15 PM BST to 12:45 PM BST(30 minutes).

During this timeframe, the services normally provided by NCH will be unavailable.

This includes (but is not limited to) the following:

ISR/IAR Cancellations
Licensing Indicator Cancellations
Override for Inventory Failure

Requests submitted during this period may not be processed until the upgrade has been completed and services have been restored."
