Relevant BCP-EAD/LoI files must be sent via email to the appropriate CRC with the subject: "Economic Operator Name – N04787-D:20250913-T090000". In case of using the emergency procedure, a waiting time of 3 hours is expected. Within this timeframe, CRC may provide a list of shipments selected for verification, which must be presented to customs. Failure to present the goods is treated as a breach of the declaration obligation. No grace period applies to these specific violations.

NPS: N04617 Procedure: During the installation, the operator may, without prior notice to the Helpdesk, initiate the movement of excise goods under suspension of duties using a paper document drawn up in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of December 22, 2009, related to the general excise system.
The document must also include the following mentions:

Once the system downtime ends, the draft e-AD (electronic Administrative Document) must be immediately entered into the electronic system.
