Dear Customer

We have received the following information from Customs Authorities concerning a scheduled maintenance. Please consult our Knowledge Base article on How to Use the Business Continuity Procedure (BCP).

If you require assistance, please contact our Customer Support team via the ticket portal.

"Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 11-01-2025 08:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 11-01-2025 10:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS)
Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance the messages will still be processed and possible return messages will follow.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations."
