ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE DELIVERY OF VERSION P6 v. 6.2.3

Hello,

We inform you that the delivery of version P6 v. 6.2.3 of the electronic procedure Customs Transit Declaration (DELTA T) is scheduled for 26/01/2026, from 10:00 to 11:00, on the PRODUCTION environment.

As a result, the electronic procedure Customs Transit Declaration (DELTA T), in DTI / EDI mode, will be unavailable on 26/01/2026, starting at 10:00, for an estimated duration of 1 hour.

The fallback (contingency) procedure is authorized on 26/01/2026, from 10:00 until the end of the deployment.

We ask you to apply the instructions set out in the document relating to the fallback procedure, available as an attachment.

• BREXIT mechanism
If your exchanges concern a flow of goods coming from or destined for the United Kingdom and tracked in the BREXIT Information System (Smart Border), please refer to the document relating to the Brexit-specific fallback procedure.

If the system does not restart as planned at 11:00 on 26/01/2026, the fallback procedure will remain authorized.

Resolved - French Customs have informed that the slowdowns identified on 15/01/2026 on the Customs Declaration tele-procedure (DELTA I/E IMPORT), in DTI / EDI, havenot been observed since 22/01/2026 at 12:20 PM.

Identified - French Customs informs that slowdowns have been observed today, 15/01/2026, since 09:00, on the DELTA I/E Customs Declaration teleprocedure, in DTI / EDI mode.

The DELTA I/E Customs Declaration teleprocedure remains under close monitoring by our technical teams.

If the slowdowns worsen or continue, an alert will be issued.

"Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 17-01-2026 09:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 17-01-2026 18:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS)
Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)
Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance the messages will still be processed and possible return messages will follow.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations."

Identified - Dear Customer

We have received notification that DELTA I/E IMPORT mode DTI / EDI is experiencing an outage. CAS has submitted your declaration, but Customs is unable to process it at the moment. You may continue your goods flow by enabling Emergency procedure declarations, Queue declarations, or both in CAS. Step-by-step information can be found in our Knowledge Base.

• Reason
An incident was noted on the customs declaration ( DELTA I/E IMPORT) online procedure. Our teams are currently working on its analysis and processing.
A malfunction on the reverse charge for import VAT is underway on DELTA IE.
VAT is currently guaranteed. This blocking leads to the transfer of import declarations to pending credit.
Diet 42 is temporarily unavailable.

• Backup procedure
The rescue procedure is authorized on 13/01/2026 as of 14:00.

We ask you to apply the instructions provided in the sheet relating to the rescue procedure.

Therefore, the Customs Declaration (DELTA I/E IMPORT) tele-procedure, in DTI / EDI, will be unavailable on 13/01/2026, from 12:00 p.m., for an estimated duration of 30 minutes.

The backup procedure is authorized on 13/01/2026, from 12:00 until the end of the delivery.

We ask you to apply the instructions provided in the sheet relating to the rescue procedure, which can be consulted as an attachment for import, and to use Delta G for export for the duration of the operation.
If the system does not restart as planned at 12:30 PM on 13/01/2026, the fallback procedure will still be allowed.
