Malfunctions have been noted on the GUN link between Customs Declaration - Traditional Freight (DELTA G) and CERTEX for CHEDs and COIs, since 26/06/2025 at 18:00.

Details of the malfunctions encountered:
Malfunctions are currently affecting certain declarations filed in DELTA G and accompanied by common health documents of entry (code N853; C640; C678; C085) or COI (C644).

Operators who file import declarations in DELTA G that mention multiple items with CHED or COI, but for which item 1 does not include such a document, may encounter a "T001" technical error message.

In such a case, and pending the correction of this malfunction, the use of special mention 73000 is required to validate the declarations. However, tax filers must ensure that they accurately provide the required imputation data in these returns.

Services and operators will be informed when the link will be restored to normal operation.

A message will inform you of the end of these malfunctions. In the event that these malfunctions persist, you will be sent an information message concerning the progress of the work of the technical teams.
