Dear Customer

We have received the following information from Customs Authorities concerning a scheduled Release. Please note that there is no foreseen outage for this. CDS should be operational.

"There will be a minor CDS Release, version 4.9.0.1, on the 23rd October 2025.

This release includes adding electronic document functionality to several Document Codes, and some changes to the use of Document Status Codes ‘XW’ and ‘XX, along with some changes relating to NI movements.

Accompanying this guidance is a reissue of CHED guidance sent out last week, as this relates to items 5 and 6 of this release."

We have received the following information from Customs Authorities concerning a scheduled maintenance.

"Revenue has been informed that necessary maintenance and upgrading of the Government Networks infrastructure is scheduled to take place between 23:59 hrs on Friday 24th October 2025 and 02:00 hrs on Saturday 25th October 2025.

The following systems and declarations may also be impacted:

AIS - Automated Import System - Import and Temporary Storage Declarations, Presentation Notification, Electronic Transport Documents
AES - Automated Export System - Export Declarations and Exit Summary Declarations
NCTS - New Customs Transit System - Outbound Transit Declarations and Notification of Arrival of Inbound Transits
EDE - Excise Duty Entry - Declarations for excisable products acquired from other EU countries
FVMS/RoRo - PBN - Pre-boarding Notification"

For declarations under regimes 42/63, if DELTA G blocks the process during VAT identification control, you should enter the code F4000 in the customs declaration."

We inform you that the delivery of the Customs Transit Declaration (DELTA T) tele-procedure, scheduled for this 13/10/2025, from 10:00 to 10:30, on the PRODUCTION environment is extended.

Therefore, the Customs Transit Declaration (DELTA T) tele-procedure, in #GENERIQUE_MODE_LIBELLE#, remains unavailable this 13/10/2025, since 10:00 am.

The fallback procedure remains authorized on 13/10/2025, from 10:00 until the end of the delivery.

Please be advised that a deployment of version 5.6.4 for the Customs Transit Declaration (DELTA T) e-procedure is scheduled for 13/10/2025, from 10:00 to 10:30, in the PRODUCTION environment.

Consequently, the Customs Transit Declaration (DELTA T) e-procedure, in DTI/EDI mode, will be unavailable on 13/10/2025, starting at 10:00, for an estimated duration of 30 minutes.

The contingency procedure is authorized on 13/10/2025, starting at 10:00 until the deployment is complete.

We request that you follow the instructions outlined in the contingency procedure document, which can be consulted in the attachment.

If your exchanges involve goods flows to or from the United Kingdom and are tracked in the BREXIT system (smart border), please refer to the specific Brexit contingency procedure document.

If the system does not restart as planned at 10:30 on 13/10/2025, the contingency procedure will remain authorized.

Maintenance of EU Import, EU Export and Storage (DMS), EU Import, EU Export and Storage (AGS)
From Sunday 12-10-2025 08:00 until (estimated end time) Sunday 12-10-2025 16:00 (CET), necessary maintenance will be carried out on Government systems.

As a result, the following main customs process(es) are not available:
• Import into the EU, Export from the EU and Storage (DMS)
• Import into the EU, Export from the EU and Storage (AGS)

Planned maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual; these are not processed during the maintenance but buffered. After the maintenance has been completed, the messages will still be processed, and any return messages will follow.

You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to only apply the emergency procedure if you believe that the logistics process requires the processing of a declaration.

Identified - Dear Customer,

We have received notification that DELTA-G is experiencing malfunctions in processing declarations. We assure you that your declaration has been submitted by CAS and will move forward as soon as Customs authorities resolve the issue.

"Malfunctions have been observed on the GUN connection between DELTA-G and SIGALE since 12:30 on October 8, 2025.
Details of the malfunctions encountered:
The GUN connection between DELTA-G and the SIGALE database is experiencing a malfunction. This is affecting the operation of the GUN connection between DELTA-G and the SIGALE database.
Consequently, operators who declare exports in DELTA-G accompanied by a dematerialized war material export license (document codes 2424 or 2425) may encounter the error message "T001 technical error."
In such a case, while waiting for the connection to be restored, operators are encouraged to postpone the relevant customs clearance operations until the end of the unavailability period.
Operators and customs services will be informed when the connection is restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
A message will inform you when these issues resolve. If these issues persist, you will receive an update regarding the progress of the technical teams' work.
We apologize for the inconvenience."
